Tutz’s Story

Success...
Tutz is a wonderful, loving and attentive girl! She was accustomed to a wonderful home and having lots of attention lavished upon her. Unfortunately her loving family was no longer able to provide her with  the attention she was used to due to the birth of a new child. You see, allergies had come into play,  changing living conditions for the entire family. Tutz's owners needed to find her a new loving home and quickly! So she was placed in a loving Kane Humane Foster Home. Then one day Tutz went for a sleepover - that lasted thirteen days - with her prospective adoptees. Then the adoptees decided they couldn't give Tutz up! Tutz and her new "brother", McGarr get along great and are really good for each other.  McGarr has separation anxiety and has always gotten upset when left at home alone.  A few days ago Tutz’ new mom, Beth, had to leave him and Tutz alone for about an hour and a half. Upon returning, McGarr had been a good boy and nothing was torn up.  That evening Beth and her husband Ted went out to dinner and were gone for about three hours.  Not knowing what they were going to find when they returned home! They were pleasantly surprised to find that Tutz and McGarr had not gotten into any mischief and all was well! YEAH! Tutz has been a great influence on her new brother and loves the freedom of a large fenced in yard to play in.  Of course, the special love and attention she gets from Beth and Ted is an added bonus and she takes advantage of it every chance she gets. We had hoped, once we read the adoption application, that it would work out.  Beth and Ted were the perfect people for Tutz and we hoped that Tutz would be the perfect addition to their family.  Dreams and wishes do come true! We're so happy for Tutz, McGarr, Beth, and Ted.  We know it is the perfect match!
