Princess Pias’ Story

Success...
Princess Pia was born in March 2009 and she hasn't met a person, child, dog, cat or horse she didn't like yet!  She is well socialized and has a high amount of energy. Pia knows “come”, “sit”, “down”, “out”, “load-up”, and “stay”.  She is working on all these commands from a distance as well!  An avid swimmer, she loves the water and will retrieve from it.  She is soft-mouthed and has a natural alertness to air and ground scents, but has had no formal training.
She is not an Alpha Dog:  there's not a mean bone in her body.  She doesn't destroy toys, but always has rawhides and bones to chew on.
So now, after spending a few weeks in her new foster home with Mesa's parents, was able to wiggle her way into their hearts just like we knew she would.
Knowing how well Mesa was doing since being adopted, we thought she was only missing one thing, a playmate around her age. The two hit it off immediately and spend hours running and playing on the bluff where they live.
Dea, Mesa's older "sister" took a few minutes to figure out that Princess Pia was OK but then all was well.  Dea is over 10 years old so she can't really keep up with these two high energy girls but she gets to enjoy some playtime with them!
Live long and happy, Princess Pia, and enjoy the wonderful views and loving family that you now have!
