Odie’s Story

Success...
ODIE arrived at Kane Humane as a 3 1/2 year old wire-haired terrier. Odie was originally taken in by his new Mom when he was 6 months old after she found out that his front leg had been broken at some point in time and he had never received vet care for it. Odies leg doesn't bother him at all these days and he runs and plays like any other dog!

He came to us because after three years, regretfully, his Mom has to give him up and wants him to go to a loving home.  She has moved out of state and could not take him with her.  It was a difficult decision for her but she felt that it was the best thing for Odie and she knew that we would find him a safe and loving home...
...And we did!
Odie is now happily living with Mike, who also adopted “Happy” Jack!
Kane Humane wish all of them nothing but happiness together!
Congratulations!
